Flirting: He'll be glad to flirt right back with you, but he's rather inexperienced, so he'll probably get flustered easily.
Romance/Sex: He'd be open to it, but as noted above, inexperienced. Probably would be better developing a relationship than jumping into one. If you want to do this, let me know and we can work it out.
